朝餉は、千切りキャベツを添えた目玉焼き、味噌汁（シメジ・小松菜・人参・玉葱・油揚げ・豆腐）、ピザトースト、ザクロ酢ジュース。食後にコーヒー。
妻はバイクを漕いで隣街へ。友人宅で開かれるお茶会に。夕方に戻る。
ジョギング、5.５キロメートル。しばらくぶりの道。新築がちらほら。
